UBE Services' Management provides General Management, Plant Management and Project Management services to ethanol plants. 

The General Management program includes your plant’s participation in group purchasing of enzymes, yeast, and chemical supplies, creating substantial annual savings for your plant. UBE’s General Management customers have continued access to ICM technology updates, process enhancements, and DCS support.

The Plant Management program incorporates a variety of UBE's plant specific specialties including, but not limited to - operations, maintenance, profitability, regulatory compliance, safety, quality and human resources.

Additionally, your plant is included in a monthly benchmarking information system that provides continuous plant conversion and operational efficiency feedback. This powerful tool allows plant management and board members to compare your plant to similar plants across the country on an apples-to-apples basis, identifying areas of potential future efficiencies.  Participants will also have the opportunity to purchase liability insurance and receive independent safety and OSHA compliance reviews.

UBE Services' Project Management program handles a variety of responsibilities for the owners during preconstruction and construction phases.  On a contractual basis, market studies, feasibility studies and business plans are developed to ensure a thorough, detailed analysis of our client's project.
