UBE Services - Grain Procurement works closely with UBE Ingredients, managing all grain procurement for our client plant's production needs in a manner that will optimize the plant's market share and improve the plant's efficiency.

Our merchandisers work diligently to understand the local and regional markets that impact their facilities.  In most cases, we have merchandisers on site at the plant to work as an integral part of the management team.  Our merchandisers not only understand and manage the local market, but with over 85 years of combined experience our merchandisers are well prepared to face the challenges of a rapidly changing agricultural landscape.

We understand that different markets require different approaches to grain procurement.  We tailor our grain procurement strategies to each plant location so that we are prepared to serve each plant in the best possible manner.  At the same time, our network of client plants located throughout the Midwest give us the the advantage of seeing the "big picture" when it comes to the grain markets - which helps us to improve our strategy for all our plants.
