UBE Biodiesel's General Management and Consulting program includes a variety of services critical to the overall operation of the plant including preparation of an overall business plan, operating and capital budgets and assumption of accounting responsibilities including invoicing and accounts receivable. 

We specialize in the hiring and supervision of top-notch industry talent, and assist the plant with compliance to all OSHA standards and regulations. 

Our group purchasing specialists contract for the purchase of process enzymes and chemicals - often at a substantial savings for the plant. UBE Biodiesel also negotiates contracts for equipment, services and overall plant materials.

With access to UBE Services' established industry relationships, UBE Biodiesel will have access to technology and general contractors and access to on-going quality consulting (BQ-9000 standards).
